Shipping & Returns

All orders from Kratom Spain are processed and shipped with UPS.

Customers can choose between home delivery or pickup at a nearby UPS Access Point during checkout.

 

Orders completed before 1:00 PM (CET) are usually shipped the same day and are expected to arrive the next business day within mainland Spain.

Please note that unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to carrier workload, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your package in real time.

  • UPS Home Delivery – Fast, reliable delivery directly to your address.

  • UPS Access Point Pickup – Convenient pickup from a nearby UPS location of your choice.

 

 

We always ship in plain, discreet packaging to ensure your privacy.

 

 

 

Returns & Replacements

 

 

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns or replacements in specific cases:

 

  • If the wrong item was received.

  • If the product arrived damaged or was lost during shipment.

 

 

If you encounter an issue, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp with your order number and a brief description (including photos if applicable).

 

We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

 

Important Notes

 

 

  • Orders placed after 1 PM (CET) are shipped the next business day.

  • Delivery times apply to mainland Spain only.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS or external factors (weather, strikes, etc.).

  • Once a parcel has been shipped and handed over to UPS, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or as a dietary supplement.
